Dr. Fabiana Tessele
Director
Fabiana is a highly experienced chemical/process engineer with over 25 years’ experience in the water, wastewater and renewable energies industries. Her portfolio of projects has included project management, process design & design management, construction support, commissioning, and operators training and handover including process, civil, mechanical, electrical components. Fabiana is an active senior leader, resilient and energetic, combining an inspiring leadership style with robust project management skills. Strong communicator, whole of project approach to delivery, with open and collaborative management style. Fabiana is recognised as being able to bring together various stakeholders, while firmly committed to delivery of all project goals and milestones.
Gustavo Tedesco
Process & Design Engineer
Gustavo is a post-graduate environmental engineer specialising in water and sanitation infrastructure. He holds a masters degree focussing on advanced water treatment. Over the last six years Gustavo has been working as a consultant engineer in the water industry. He has undertaken several commissions from small to large municipal water and wastewater systems. His expertise lies in process and hydraulic design of water and wastewater systems including water treatment and reticulation; sewage collection and treatment; and stormwater management. He also has 2 years of experience as a university professor in water disciplines.
